The $200 bounty releases about 30 days after the customer's first payment clears. The 10% revenue share pays out monthly after that, for the full 12-month term, as long as the customer keeps paying.
If the customer never converts, your registration simply expires after 90 days and the lead becomes open again. If they convert and later get refunded or churn during a trial, any pending or in-progress reward tied to that deal is reversed.
